Yarn is cotton peaches and creme but don't know the color name - label came off.

The pattern is supposed to be little hearts.

70 Weave-its squares

Simply Soft Caron Yarn was used

The three colors used were
Super Duper Yellow

Lime Green
Pale Pink

The blankets are made for the new born babies at a local hospital

by a group of women from my church.
The ones I make are the only weave-it ones.

The others make blankets out of fleece that are made with knots.

We meet once a month for breakfast, a short devotional,
and then we work on the blankets.
Most of the ladies can make one during a meeting,

some two.
I take a lot longer so I finish mine for the month at home
A lot of women take material home and make more blankets.

The group started meeting again some months ago but I'm still not
comfortable meeting in groups so continue to only work at home and then drop the blankets off at church.

An easy Cable Knit Scarf

Yarn - Cotton Peaches and Creme - cotton
Knitted on size 7 needles
Cable Needle

10 Row pattern

Cast on 36 stitches

Row 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9

P1, K1, P1, K3, P1, K1, P1  -  Repeat 

Row 2, 4, 8, and 10

K3, P3, K6, P3, K3  -  Repeat

Row 6 - the Cable Row - below for Cable directions. *

K3, P3, slip 3, K3, CB3, P3, K3

Repeat these 10 Rows 35 times or desired length of scarf
Bind off

slip next 3 stitches from left needle onto cable needle. 
Hold behind work. 
K3 stitches on left needle. 
K the stitches on the cable needle. 
P3, K3

This one is for me and made it to wear with my black coat.
